We use the most affordable and convenient shipping carrier to deliver product to you on time, unless carrier is specified by you. If you'd like to arrange shipping yourself, let us know. To receive a shipping rate, please send us an email with the following information:

• Shipping address (including zip code)
• Type of address: Commercial or Residential*
• Lift gate** add-on: You may add a lift gate if you do not have a forklift or loading dock at your location. Please note a lift gate is NOT required when purchasing most inflatables. Ask us about this for more details!

You may also choose to receive your item at your nearest Shipping Terminal and pick up yourself. No additional fees are included.
